Taking out old un-serviceable strip / pipe / plates / conventional earthing from the soil with GI / Aluminum strips, test points, terminal boxes of all sizes and removal of old material and debris from the work site and making good of disturbed surace to match with the adjoining surface , complete as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of maintenance free advanced Earthing Electrodes (CPRI Tested) earthing system of overall size 17.2 mm dia X 3 metre length copper bonded 250 microns solid rod with exothermic welded copper strip of 25 mm width X 6 mm thickness X 3 meter length incl. Excavation of the earth work using suitable technology for placing the Earth electrodes vertically inserting in the center of the excavated earth pit with and incl provision of high grade earthing compound / ground enhancement material (NABL & IEC 62561-7) 25 Kgs X 6 Bags and advanced earthing compound/ Conductive back fill compound (NABL Tested) 25 Kgs X 6 Bags mix with the good quality agricultural soil as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Resulting in increasing of the contact surface area of the earth electrode and to achieve the desired earth resistance value as per soil resistivity during its entire life of 05 years in the all type of soil including dry, rocky or soil having boulders & gravels etc including supply and fix FRP & Polyplastic earthpit inspection chamber green top cap match with environment, rest proof, heavy duty, weather proof fibre reinforced plastic earthing chamber of size (320 mm X 320 mm X 192 mm) including necessary PCC, U clamp botl nuts & bolts made of copper and gun metal machine made hexagonal head including brazing al all joints complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.NOTE : (i) Earth enhancing soil treatment chemical compound/ Ground Enhancement material (GEM)having essential chemical ingredients, such as ionic chemicals, dispersion chemicals, expansion chemicals & hygroscopic chemicals to provide stable low resistance for earth terminal to make maintenance free- 25 Kg/each bag - 06 Nos.(ii) Advance Earth enhancing soil treatment chemical compound/ Conductive backfill compound having essential chemical ingredients, such as ionic chemicals, diffusion chemicals, dispersion chemical, expansion chemicals & hygroscopic chemicals to provide stable low resistance for earth terminal to make maintenance free- 25 Kg/each bag - 06 Nos.(iii) Supply and laying of Copper strip of size width 25 mm x Thickness 6 mm, horizontally in a trench at a depth of 600 mm below the surface level to interconnect the multiple earth electrodes with embedding of strip in high quality chemicals upto 3m for interconnection between electrodes and then cover the horizontal trench with sieved / fresh field / agricultural soil and dress to a level surface.(iv) To be provide test certificate to this effect from the manufacturer.
