Excavation for following depths for sewers, manholes, gully pits, chambers, sumps etc. in soil mixed with moorum, shingle, kankar etc., including cutting of joints, pits trimming, dressing, levelling, refilling of trenches in 20 cm layers, watering and ramming the same including disposal of surplus earth or other dismentled materials upto a distance of 50 m from the centre of the Excavation. 0.0 - 1.5M DEEP IN ORDINARY SOIL.

Providing, laying and compacting plain/ reinforced cement concrete of specified grade in foundation/ levelling course/ pile cap using concrete mixer and vibrater complete including cost of form work, as per drawing and technical specifications and as per clause 1100, 1500,1700,2100 of MoRT&H specification including all scaffolding material, labour, machinery. C.C. 40 MM STONE BALLAST, COARSE SAND AND CEMENT 6:3:1.

Ist class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in Sub Structure including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

RCC work with cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in proportion of 1:2:4 excluding supply of the reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding with 0.5mm thick binding wire (to be supplied by the contractor) & including necessary centering and shuttering, supply of all materials labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. IN T BEAMS, SLABS, COLUMNS.

Mild steel or iron work in R.C.C. work wrought to required shape as necessaty including bending for proper completion of work including supply of steel & wastage etc.

Supply & filling of pea gravel around the brick work

Plumbing fitting work including all material, T&P etc all complete for proper completion of work and other umforeseen items.
