Bidders to quote monthly lumpsum rate for providing Housekeeping & Maintenance Service (A) as per Annexure-I & II, Manpower Services (C) for housekeeping & maintenance and mess services, Uniform (D) and Items as listed (E) of Volume & TCC of the contract.Note: Bidder should go through detailed scope of works, terms and condition of the contract and advised to quote the price with the understanding of running the services satisfactory throughout the contract. Contractor shall quote the lumpsum monthly price towards providing services mentioned in point A, C, D & E of Volume & TCC of the contract.
