| 6 | Manufacturing, supply and delivery of top shaft (SS 316) strictly as per sample for 1950 LPS capacity pump units at ADPS/DLPS. |
| 7 | Repair the all S.S. shafts by metalizing and machining including straightening |
| 8 | Manufacturing, supply and delivery of M.S. shaft enclosing tube as per sample suitable for above noted 1950 LPS capacity pump unit. |
| 9 | Manufacturing, supply and delivery of G.M. Bush stricly as per sample for 1950 LPS capacity pump units at ADPS/DLPS strictly as per sample. |
| 10 | Manufacturing Supply of CI TT nut and stuffing box with proper fitting fixing of gun metal bush with machining as per sample. |
| 11 | Manufacturing, supply and delivery of threaded barrel shaft coupling (SS 304) strictly as per sample for 1950 LPS capacity pump units at ADPS/DLPS. |
| 12 | Mnufacturing and supply of gibhead key mathing with driving shaft and CI coupling key ways. |
| 13 | Balancing the impeller and all shafts at rated motor speed. |
| 14 | Surface cleaning of all components & spare parts with removing rust and painting with approved make epoxy paint. |
| 15 | Supply of gaskets, 'O' rings, packing and allied miscellenious articles. |
| 16 | Supply ,fitting & fixing of SS-304 nuts,bolts washer as per sample. |
| 17 | Fitting fixing the of pump discharge Tee, column pipe, shaft enclosing tube including driven shaft, diffuser, impeller, bellmouth with allied accessories with proper alligment.Assemble, fitting fixing of the adjusting nut, racer coupling, bearing housing, T.T. nut cum packing box, pump base from its own position part by part with proper alligment including commissioning force water lubrication line. |
