| 13 | Dismantling & dismembering of 21 M ROOF TOP TOWER GSM/WLL Tower consisting of structural steel work bolted in built up section (upto 21 m height of tower) including cutting of nuts/bolts if required, dismembering of wave guide, ladder, de-hoisting of the members as well as stacking and sorting out the tower members/nuts & bolts including making bundles in groups with binding strips and handing over all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Notes :The items includes for the following and nothing extra shall be paid on this accounts. (a) The agency shall take every precautions against the damages to the structure or near by structures while dismantling / dehoisting the tower. (b) Necessary safety precautions to protect the human-lives, insurance coverage to the labours etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the agency. (c) Nuts / bolts and washers dismantled shall be collected size-wise and kept in separate gunny bags (d) Item includes all operations, tools & plants, equipments, machinery etc. required for the work as well as safety measures as per the relevent IS codes. This charges are for dismantling of tower of approximate weight of tower upto 2.00 Metric tonne. |

| 17 | Fixing, placing and embedding in position required number of foudation anchor bolts ,nuts and template in each leg of RCC column and beam of 3 legged tower as per the structural drawing and agrement mainttaining the leveling and verticality centre to centre distance accurately all complete as per direction by Engineer in chsrge. |
| 18 | Erection of Roof Top Tower upto 21M height at desired location and floor as decided by competent authority. This includes all labour and works involed in erection of tower, including shorting numbering etc. All complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. |
| 19 | Welding plant at site i/c welding of new column bars to exiting slab/ beam & column reinforcement bars as didirected by engineer in charge.( New reinforcement to be paid separately ) |
| 20 | Painting with LUXOL High Gloss synthetic enamel paint with two or more coats of required shade and colour to give an even shade as per aviation requirements etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In_Charge.(The agency shall arrange for all the material ,labour, T &P etc. required for the work. |
