No.(NR/S&T/Con/1.1/97A) or latest on signalling cable laying and as per cable route plan approved by Railways through trenches, RCC pipe, DWC pipe, GI pipe etc and meggering of cable before and after its laying of all type of outdoor cables. Contractor have to transport cable from any store of LKO division to site carefully. Meggering to be done for each drum separately. Meggering sheets to be supplied and filled up by contractor and submitted to Railways, as per instructions by Consignee. |

| 5 | Boring and trenchless cabling along with supply and insertion of HDPE/DWC self lubricated pipes as per RDSO Spec no. RDSO/SPN/204/2011 Ver 1.1 or latest of 120mm nominal dia in the bore at the depth of 1.4 meter to 2.1 meter from formation level (level of earth below ballast) as per drawing and as directed by Engineer Incharge by trenchless technology for laying of signalling /telecom/power cable under track /culvert etc. cable laying covered separately. Inspection-Consignee for Supply of DWC/HDPE pipe. The following required coupling arrangement should also be supplied: 1. Suitable snap fit couplers withrubber O ring, 2. Spacers, 3. Tees. 4. Bend. 5. End Cap(1 no. =6mtr ,Straigh tpipe). (A) The cost shall include horizontal boring through any intermediate obstruction, either natural or man made or any boundary etc. (B) The rate is inclusive of all the materials equipment and labour required for during trenchless horizontal boring under the railway track. Nothing extra shall be admissible on any account than the rate quoted above. (C) The Pipeis to be laid underrailway track/road /culvert. All necessary arrangement are to be provideand all precautions are to be end is not deviated from the horizontal level line by more than 250mm in horizontal and vertical direction. (D) The rate shall be inclusive of direction and protection of underground utilities encountered during boring. (E) The payment for boring shall be made only when DWC/HDPE pipe are laid in the bore. |
| 6 | Concreting unschduled items in concrete of 1:3:6 ratio in cement, coarse sand and aggregate 25mm at different places in the yard and plastering top in fine plaster of 1:4 cement sand ratio. It also includes the excavation of earth as required at site and as per instruction of site incharge. The volume in cubic metres shall include the volume occupied by any CI foundation, trestle, MS angle or flat or GI pipe required to be embedded in the casting. Cement coarse sand and aggregate 25mm are to be supplied by the contractor. |
| 7 | Earth work for excavation and refilling around location boxes and signals etc. where necessary including 50M lead and 1.5M lift. The lead is to be measured from centre of gravity of location to the centre of filling and lift from main ground level. The earth work should be well rammed including breaking of clods, levelling and dressing etc. as per instruction of Engineer at site. |

| 13 | Engaging mechanical excavators like JCB or other machineries for regarding and leveling the formation, Dismantling any infringing structures, clearing and removing debris etc., with all lead and lifts etc., complete and as per the instruction of railway representative at site. |
| 14 | Preparation of Panel Diagram, location diagrams, power diagrams, cable plan, bonding plan etc in Auto Cad. The drawings shall be prepared in A3/A2/U size as required by Railways. The hard copies of the documents will be supplied by Railways. The Contractor has to draw the drawings in Auto Cad very carefully and submit one copy of check print . The drawings shall be checked and returned by Railways indicating corrections if any. The correction shave to be made and final copy submitted in A3/ A2/ U size as required by Railways along with the final soft copy in Pendrive. The hard copy given by Railways have to be returned back without any damage. The size of sheet given in the unit column is for the hard copy given by Railways. c. For preparation of soft copy from U size hard copy. (The Rate is for per Sheet) |

Should have a blend of select high viscosity index solvent refined severely hydrofinished paraffin base oils and synthetic base fluids. The Grease should be formulated for tropical climates and should not contain pour point depressants and should Not be too thin. The grease shall be Resistant to water wash off & dilution, water insoluble, non-melt and chemically resistant to exposed environment.
