(The rate shall be inclusive of cost of providing safety measures, insurance charges and all labour involved in the operation including hire charges and mobilisation charges of tools and plants etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.) |

The systems shall be conforming to IS3043,lS/IEC 62305, IEC 61643-5-54,UL467 and the rod tested for dimension, marking, tensile strength, salt mist, coating thickness, electrical resistivity test before and after corrosion test etc. as per IEC 62561-2. |

| 21 | Providing and fixing spike type copper lightening arrester of 1.0mtr length with necessary fixtures at top of the tower. The spike shall be insulated from tower by Teflon material. The spike shall be connected to G.I plate earthing by GI strip which shall be paid seperately. |
| 22 | Providing G.I bus bar of 50 x 3 mm or 25x6mm connected to the tinned bottom portion of lightning conductor and to the ring earth/plate earth with 2 Nos of 10 mm dia brass nuts & bolts at each connection. The both ends of the bus bar shall be tinned properly and the entire length of bus bar shall be drawn through heat shrink sleeve and shall be shrunk properly. The bus bar shall be clamped to the tower building walls at uniform interval of 1.5 Mt.. using proper clamps such that the bus bar shall be well insulated from the tower building walls all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |

Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. |
