Dismanatling of existing old/worn out of one Boiler Chimney and fabrication & Erection of New one Boiler Chimney as per Drawing No. V2 BR- 321 identical to the existing chimney of 40 Mtr, Height:-Dia from Bottom upto 10 Mtr- 2.8 Mtr. to 2.2 MtrDia above 10 Mtr- 2.20 Mtr apto 40 Mtr.Thickness of MS plate to be used for fabrication of Chimney shells will be 8/10/12mm size; The Welding is to be under taken from both inner & outer side of the shells, The provision of ladder and two working plateform throught of the height of the chimney with connection of ducting of two Boilers as per existing size, Providing MS channel of ISMC 200 in four side of throught the chimney from bottom to Top of the chimney. One coat of the primer and Two coat of Aluminium paint on outer surface of the chimney and one coat of Anti Corrosion paint in side the surface of the chimney, providing earthing strip from top to bottom with Trisul on Top also includes the scope of work.
