Providing Cameras for recording of General House meeting in Assembly Hall on 5th Floor of M.C. Building Sec-17, Chd alongwith (i) Cameras with tripod setup for live coverage with operators-03 No. 33. The job includes giving the soft copy of the recording with good quality audio and video to the designated officer immediately after the completion of the meeting.The whole setup including operators is to be made ready one day before the scheduled meeting and testing to be given to the respective JE. The rates are inclusive of making the system ready one day prior to meeting. The job should be done to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
