| 5 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. |
| 6 | Dismantling 40 m Ground Based structural steel tower comprising MS angles , flats , plates, pipes, tubes, nuts and bolts etc. of varying sizes and lengths along with vertical and horizontal gantries, antenna mounts, access platforms, ladders, railings, wave guides, cable tray, posts and all other fixtures including numbering the members as per the drawings and stacking the members carefully in orderly manner at the site as directed. Any loss to the BSNL's/Owner's property shall be repaired by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (Rate includes necessary tools and plants such as pulleys, ropes etc., necessary welding machines, cutting the bolts wherever required, arranging skilled labour, insurance premium etc and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. The agency shall produce insurance coverage certificate for works, failing which a sum of Rs. 5000/- per tower shall be deducted from their bill) (Nothing extra shall be paid over and above the rate on any account) |
| 7 | Mechanical transportation of 40 Metre Ground Based Tower members comprising MS angles, flats, plates, pipes, tubes, nuts and bolts etc. of varying sizes and lengths along with vertical and horizontal gantries, antenna mounts, access platforms, ladders, railings, wave guides, cable tray, posts and all other fixtures etc. of varying sizes and lengths from work site (Kakore) to BSNL BA Store at Hosiery complex Phae -2 Noida (Approx. 55 Kms) or any other location as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The entire lot of tower members shal be transported in a single lot. The Job includes cost of collection of all members with required lead, loading and unloading, weighing, preparing & submitting the list of materials and depositing the tower members at the desired location complete as per directions of Engineer -in-charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid over and above the rate on any account). |
