Jobs to be done: 1. Worn out track chain cutting by gas.2. Removal of track roller and fitting of old and serviceable roller.3. Repairing of grove and metal filling.4. Broken bolts removal and new thread making 24 nos.5. New bolts supply and fitting of roller 24 nos.6. Dismantling of track frame with diagonal arm. 7. Removal of wornout damaged portion of diagonal arm welding after V grove. 8. Welded portion part grinding.9. Complete track frame arm fitting and track chain fitting.Material Required:-DA cylinder-02 nos, Oxygen cylinder-04 nos, Gauging electrode-19 kg, Low hydrogen electrode-25 kg, steel electrode-10 kg, Grinding wheel-7 nos, New bolts with washer-24 nos.Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower.
