Complete dismantling of damaged 2 Nos gear box assembly of Bus Isolators including disconnection of operating pipe/rod, lifting from structure, complete overhauling, inspection of 2 Nos gears, shafts, worm assembly, bushes, bearings, oil seals, replacement of defective internal components, machining/rectification of worn-out parts if required, refilling of suitable grade gear oil, re-assembly, refixing on structure with precise alignment of operating mechanism, checking of limit setting, re-alignment of isolator (upper assembly), cleaning and greasing of male-female contacts with suitable conductive grease, re-assembly, proper setting, smooth operation trial (manual/motor operated), tightening of foundation bolts, greasing, testing ,trial operation and making the isolator fully operational in all respects as per site requirement and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge at 220 kV Sub Station HPSEBL Giri Nagar.
