Rebabbitting of white metal of 90 grade (superior quality) in thrust pads of turbine side pads having size 45×48 mm, thickness of white metal is 3 mm.

Rebabbitting of white metal of 90 grade (superior quality) in DE guide bearing bottom piece of ID 200 mm, length 119 mm, thickness of white metal is 4 mm.

Repair of NDE Base by grinding, welding & buffering

Supply of new NDE Base of M/s through reverse engineering

Dismantelling, Assembling/leveling of all dismantled parts including of bottom cover,runner, shaft, draft tube band, bearing housing, driving end and non driving end side bearing in all respect, alignment and re-comissioning of the Turbine generator Unit and testing for 72 Hrs operation with full load.
