| 3 | Providing, laying & commissioning at site in trenches to be beveled ended pipe conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 (Latest with up to date ammendments) having minimum wall thickness as specified below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in IS/ISO code, in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipe ends shall be levelled suitable for butt welding, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest applicable and with uptodate ammendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welded rods of Advani/oeriliken make/ISI marked (welded rods 3mm to 4mm) and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces,tee bends & other special manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach and of approved specification as per site conditions. and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The pipe shall have zinc coating inside & outside confirming to IS-4736-1986 or latest with upto date ammendments & shall be engraved with API L-485 or X-70.The laying shall confirm to BIS 5822-970 or latest with upto date ammendments to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Earth work & cost of MS Flanges after 100meter length shall be measured & paid for seperately.) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials at site and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. |
