| 9 | Dismantling of existing sewer line and shifting/re-alignment of sewerage network from its original layout to a new alignment (approx length 70 m) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including careful dismantling and disposal of old sewer pipes, chambers, and allied structures; excavation of trenches to required depth and width; providing and laying new sewer pipes of approved diameter (min 200 mm ) and specification (DI/DWC/OR EQUIVALENT); construction of new manholes/chambers at required intervals including brick masonry, cement concrete, plastering, benching, channeling, and covers; complete jointing, testing, and commissioning of the sewer line; including all incidental works such as dewatering, shoring, backfilling, compaction, and site restoration. The rate shall be inclusive of all materials (including bricks, cement, concrete, sand, aggregates, pipes, etc.), labour, tools & plants, and all leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
