Excavating malba, manure or sludge etc. by mechanical means/manual means from open surface train, lift upto 1.50 meter induding getting out the silt and disposal of the same as directed within a lead up to 50 meter including removing and fixing of SFRC covers.

Desiting road side SW/darin/culverts (As per inventory) by Super Sucker machine having the suction capacity of minimum 4000 cum/hrs at 80% veccuum including safe disposal of silt within municipal limits in chasis mounted dump tanks having minimum capacity of 10 Cums. The operation should be video graphed with GPS enabled video camera for entire stretch of the drain cleaned of desilting up to bed level in each operation and keeping record and submission to Engineer-in-charge. The operation shall include:i) Supply of all material, labour, T&P temporary power connection with stand by generator set of capacity at least 100 KVA.ii) Arrangements of Gas detector, forced air ventilators etc. wherever required.iii) Removal of all hindrances/obstruction, unforeseen items, permission from other department (department will only assist in getting the permission etc.) cutting bituminous road, excavation/demolishing of brick work, cement concrete, RCC wherever required and restoring the same also includes removal of drain cover and refixing. The payment shall be deducted as per schedule mentioned in the contract for the portion of drain not desilted properly or not maintained properly as per recovery schedule mentioned in the contract.v) Observing all norms/guidelines of National Green Tribunal or department of environment or other statuary body as per the law of land.v) The work includes the safe disposal of waste without any extra cost to department collected from the above desilting.vi) Payment to the agency shall be made only after proper assessment based on GPS-enabled photographs and videography, taken before commencement and after completion of desilting operations of the storm water drain, duly verified by the concerned JE/AE.vii)The agency shall intimate the concerned JE/AE regarding the filled tipper/suction machine for verification prior to disposal of silt/malba at the designated dumping site. Without such verification, no payment shall be released.viii)Payment to the agency shall be released as per the logbook records,duly maintained with details of vehicle number,date,time,and location of desilting(specific stretch/location).

Disposal of manuar/sludge by meachnical means including loading, transporting, unloading for all lead as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
