Excavation in foundation , trecnches including jungle clearance (for pipes & pits) up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chiselling soft. Hard rock where blasting is prohibited all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring srtutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the usable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returning the usable soil to trenches in 15cm (fifteen centimeters) layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all of all surplus soil un-usable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including rstoration of un-matalled surfaces to its original condition and also i/c cost of diversion of traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for access to houses, etc. complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per directed of Engineer-in-charge of the site of work. laying,jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of following dia and grade confirming to BIS 1239 ( with latest ammendment upto date) as per classification of pipe as specified below. The laying of pipe shall confirm to BIS 5822 (With latest ammendment upto date), including all fitting complete al restect within all leads & lifts. Providing cutting circumferential butt welded joints by electrical welding to following dia G.I. /MSERW pipes confirming to IS:1239-1990 (Part-I)/1978-1982 grade YST-210 welded in requisite number of weld and the minimum throat thickness of welding confirming to IS:816-1969 specification by using welding rods of 2.5mm to 6.3mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore)/EASB make confirming to IS:814-1991 at site complete in all respect including manual /mechanical leads of pipes in all leads and lifts and to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect. 80 mm dia
