Total weight of grease separator should be minimum 81 kg with overall dimension of at least 1320mm x 1595 mm (Dia X Ht). The Grease Separator should be capable of cleaning via shaft manhole cover, emptying via suction line nominal dia of minimum 65mm and nominal pressure of 10 kg with couplings for two-sided thread connection 75/75 mm for suction line, fire hose quick coupling 75 B and 2 1/2 blank cap and Counter flange with fire hose quick coupling 75 B and 2 1/2 black cap. Top cover of the Grease Separator plant should be made from concrete frame with cast iron cover having clear opening of minimum 600 mm diameter. The cover should be odour-free when closed. The weight of the cover should be 145 kg and manufactured to meet 1.50 ton load class requirement.
