| 4 | Fabrication of SS Pipe Lines using TIG welding (with Argon purging) :-Collection and transportation of materials from stores, fabrication of SS pipes, fittings etc. for replacement of existing/erection of new lines of various sizes. All the welding of pipes and fittings to be done by TIG welding with argon purging including stub end fittings. |
| 5 | Replacement/Erection of CS / CI/SS Pipe Lines: -Cutting / removal of old damaged lines, erection of new pipe lines including supports, guides, anchors, replacement of fire hydrant posts – both single and double if necessary as per instructions. |
| 6 | Fabrication of jacketed Pipe Lines:Collection and transportation of materials from stores, cutting required number of plates for special flanges, transporting to the workshop for machining and collecting after the work, fabrication of jacketed piping with inside stainless steel and outside carbon steel pipe. |
| 7 | Replacement / Erection of Jacketed Pipe Lines:-Cutting / removal of old damaged jacketed lines, erection of new lines including supports,. steam jump over connections, steam trap assembly, drains, steam line hook-up, connection with the system as per instruction of the engineer in charge, site cleaning and transportation of scrap to the scrap yard. |
| 8 | Replacement of Flange Gaskets:Collect and transport the required materials for the work. After getting process clearence, remove the damaged flange gasket of pipes sizes varies from 40 NB to 700 NB, fittings, valves, strainers etc, clean the faces of the flanges and tightened the flanges with new gaskets, bolts and nuts as per instruction of Engineer in charge. |
| 9 | Cleaning of acid strainers:Work involves : Removal of acid strainers from the line, gasket cutting, cleaning of flange faces and assembling the strainers back to the line after necessary cleaning from process department. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
