Rectification of damaged track on account of derailment including changing of rails at points and crossings and sleeper with fittings and fixtures ballast including aligning correction of cross levels and packing after satisfying the terms and conditions of clauses 35 Vol. IV if any payment is admissible then only the contractor will be entitled for the same. (The necessary cost for rails, sleepers, ballast etc. will be paid separately). a) Straight/ curved track

Supply of mono block pre stressed concrete sleepers for 52/90R/60kg B.G.rails as per Indian Railway specifications including supply of one set of fittings, fasteners & fixtures for each sleepers for fixing with the rail section of standard size at site as per latest IR specification and also including loading , transportation, unloading and stacking complete and as per direction of Engineer in charges.Outside the gate - new PSC sleepers

Labour charges for fixing of sleepers in B.G private siding at required spacings as specified including fixing the fasteners, ERC clips, pandrel clips, washers etc., and excavation of the available ballast materials dismantling the existing sleepers, screening the excavated ballast, removal of slacks or any other foreign matters restoring the ballast including the extra quantity required from the slacks available, fixing the new sleepers surrounded by the ballast and packing well the sides, bottom of sleepers and maintaining the required gauge complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge.Outside the gate - for fixing new PSC sleepers & for fixing existing PSC sleepers for re alignment

Supplying and stacking neatly stone ballast of 50mm for track in private siding along the track in private siding of FCI confirming to par 9.0 to 9.8 of technical specifications.Outside the gate - Track packing
