Relaying, jointing (by way of circumferencial Butt welded joints by electrical arc welding) and testing in trenches of GMSERW pipe of following diameter conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 of below mentioned grade in tem an per dimensions, weight and test pressure mentioned there in code (mill tolerances to be restricted within 3%) in random lengths of 4 to 7 mtrs including the cost of fabrication of bends by butt welding from parent tube an required at site. The welded joints and welding of pipe will be down as per 15:816-1969 with electrodes as per IS:814-1991 of make Adwani/Orelon (Adore)/ESAB. The laying & Jointing of pipe should conform to 15:5822-1994 (earth work in trenches and butt welded joints except in bends to be measured and paid for separatly) The pipes and specials shall have out side coating with galvanised as per BIS 4736, the galvanisation is done by the manufacturing frim itself complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.
