Coating and Wrapping of underground pipelines of all sizes – Application shall be one coat of compatible coal tar based primer on the pipe after thorough cleaning and wrapping with corrosion resistant coal tar or bitumen based anti-corrosive Tape (As per IS 10221 or IS 15337 ) with 25 mm minimum overlap on each turn. The thickness of wrapping shall be 4mm (minimum). Coating and Wrapping material and all other acessories required for wrapping shall be in contractor’s scope. Payment shall be made only for the area of wrapped portion of pipe.

Fabrication and Erection of Pipelines including dismantling & scrapping of old pipelines, if any. Size :15 NB to 300 NBMaterial: HDPE / CPVC

Specialized mechanical jobs including specialized welding jobs, machinery / equipment installation / relocating etc requiring highly skilled workers. Rate shall be quoted for man days of 8 hrs.
