Details of Daily manpower to be deployed will be as under :A) Cook (Semi-Skilled) - 2 Nos. for preparation of food items as per order received. B) Helper Cum Waiter (Unskilled) - 2 nos. for cutting of vegetable and also serving of food to the guest. C) 1 no. (unskilled) For cleaning of utensils, kitchen food wastage, table top etc.Necessary Responsibility of Contractor:- 1. To provide and maintain all necessary items i.e. Fridge, Hot Pot, utensils and cookeries neat and clean.2. To maintain all Wash Basin and sink neat and clean. 3. Provide canteen uniform to all canteen Staff and wear neat and clean daily (White Shirt, Black pant, appron and hair cap).4. Clean all curtains and door mats on regular basis. 5. All Furnitures required (tables and chairs) will be provided and maintained by contractor for a minimum sitting capacity of 25 person at a time.6. Contractor shall use always reputed brands cooking items like, Cooking oil, Cooking masala, fresh vegetables and other necessary items also. And agency should have food license issued by FSSAI.7. The contractor is required to provide all consumables required for running canteen like cooking gas, detergents, odonil cakes, Mosquito repellent liquids and room fresheners, hand wash, Phenyl, Bleaching Powder, Brushes, Brooms etc. as per direction of Eng-In- Charge.8. Contractor shall provide and maintain Aqua guard for drinking purpose from date of commencement to date of completion. 9. Cleaning and mopping of canteen and toilets will be done regularly.
