| 24 | Fitting & fixing of the new sole plates on the pump floor concrete foundation by using high strength GP2 cement with necessary tools, tackles, labour etc & providing proper curing time for strenthening of the plates. |
| 25 | Using spirit level for calibrating the sole plate to attain proper horizontal surface level and fitting, fixing of foundation nuts, bolts & washer complete in all respect. |
| 26 | Applying WD 40 to lubricate & open the rusted bolts from the flange peripheral bolt holes along the delivery pipeline with cleaning of the entire delivery pipeline. |
| 27 | Testing & calibrating the level of horizontal surface of the top of delivery bend by using master level to achieve proper line shaft alignment. |
| 28 | Assembly all parts of new pump unit part by part like Impeller assembly, diffuser with suction bell, shaft with barrel coupling, shaft protection tube with adapters, column pipes, stuffing box, thrust bearing housing with adjusting nut, discharge bend & finally HT motor with proper alignment using man power & necessary tools & tackles etc. |
| 29 | Lower down the bell mouth, diffuser, column pipe & installation of the pump with proper alignment using dial gauge & commissioning. |
