| 7 | Dismantling of existing 40 Metre height (Gopalpur / Karagphur) Ground Base Tower (weight upto 9000 Kgs) including numbering, dismembering of tower materials, Gantry and antana fixtures and mountings carefully and cautiously without damge to the members and near by structures and stacking the members neatly as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Rate includes necessary tools and plants such as pulleys, ropes etc., arranging skilled labour, insuranace to the labourers all complete) |
| 8 | Note 1. Necessary safety measures shall be adopted while dismantling the tower to ensure the safety of men and materials and adjacent properties. |
| 9 | Note 2. The safe custody of tower materials will be the responsibility of the agency from the time of handing over by department till the handing over of tower to concerned authorities. |
| 10 | Transportation of 40M height (Gopalpur) GBT, tower materials (upto 9000 Kgs) including ladders, gusset plates, working platform, cable trays, antenna fixtures etc., from NBSNL sites within Tuticorin city limits to SIPCOT store yard (lead upto 20 Kms) (or) assigned by the SSA authorities including loading, unloading, and lifting of materials and transporting the empty and ladened vehicle to the weigh bridge for weighing the tower materials including weighing charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. |
| 11 | Dismantling of existing 18 Metre height Roof Top Tower (weight upto 2400 Kgs) including marking, dismembering of tower materials, Gantry and antana fixtures and mountings carefully and cautiously without damge to the members and near by structures and stacking the members neatly as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 12 | Note 1. Necessary safety measures shall be adopted while dismantling the tower to ensure the safety of men and materials and adjacent properties. |

| 15 | Transportation of 40M height (Gopalpur) GBT, tower materials (upto 9000 Kgs) including ladders, gusset plates, working platform, cable trays, antenna fixtures etc., from Sawyerpuram to SIPCOT store yard (or) assigned by the SSA authorities including loading, unloading, and lifting of materials and transporting the empty and ladened vehicle to the weigh bridge for weighing the tower materials including weighing charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. |
| 16 | Transportation of 18M height RTT, tower materials (upto 2400 Kgs) including ladders, gusset plates, working platform, cable trays, antenna fixtures etc., from NBSNL sites (Thangam Middle School / Authoor) to SIPCOT store yard (or) assigned by the SSA authorities including loading, unloading, and lifting of materials and transporting the empty and ladened vehicle to the weigh bridge for weighing the tower materials including weighing charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. |
| 17 | Desending of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled/ demolished from the old BTS plarform in the cramped second floor terrace of old NBSNL site by manual means including arranging rope & pulley etc to the ground level without disturbing the other units working within and nearby buildings after ensuring safety measures to men and materials all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 18 | Credit for taking away recovered steel reinforcement / Mild steel bars (unserviceable) in available diameters and avaialable lengths and shape. |
| 19 | Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
