Lowering and folding of tower (Dismembering guy wires, making roll of wire, stacking at safe place, all achoring equipments / tools without causing any damage to BTS, power plant, battery bank or any other equipment mounted on tower, and to the nearby structures if existing any) mounted on COW (tower height upto 25 Metres).

De-anchoring the COW site from existing location with all precautions necessary to prevent any damage to the cow site.

Shifting of COW from present location to new location within the area of Airforce station Srinagar by mechanical means all complete as per direections of EIC.

Preparation of site by way of removing vegetation, leveling the area to remove any undulation for placing plateform and anchoring of COW site at new location all complete as per directions of EIC.
