| 2 | Transportation of MS pipe 10\\"/12\\" from designated location i.e New workshop, OB time office, Barrier No 04 or any other places in mines to Sump1, Sump2, Sump3 water discharge route etc by providing suitable truck, Truck mounted crane or any other mechanical means and suitable slings, clamps etc as required along with laying /relaying along the mine terrain as per requirement to maintain continuity of water delivery from various sumps to designated discharge points in the mines. |
| 3 | Cutting,shaping ,aligning,fitting of MS pipeline (of 06 mtr or 12 mtr or as per availability),welding of MS pipeline (of 06 mtr or 12 mtr or as per availability) and checking of joints after welding. welding of MS pipe shall be done by DG set provided by the contractor and diesel also to be provided by the contractor (no electricity shall be provided) |
| 4 | Fabrication and erection of different size of bend of MS pipe ( 300 mm - 10 no , 250 mm -15 no. ,200 mm -5 no. ) & Flange 12 mm MS Plate -300 mm dia - 30 no. ( Welding rod ,Welding machine and other welding accessories & cutting set provided by contractor throughout the contract period) |
| 5 | Deploying of 01 No. 3Phase , 7.5KVA, DG welding Set on 12 hr per day basis including shifting, mobile and operation charges for the purpose of welding works related to pipeline welding and bend fabrication work as & when required, diesel shall be provided by the contractor ( Rate is inclusive of Labour Charges,Hiring charges & contractors Profit etc ). Considering 12 joint made per day and one MS pipe bend is made per day. |
| 6 | Dismantling of MS pipe line of size 10\\"and 12\\" including stacking and transportation (Monsoon Period) |
| 7 | Dismantling ,recovery of possible inundated /submerged pipes of Size 10/12\\" and stacking at designated location. |
| 8 | Carriage of material viz. transportation of pipeline including loading,unloading and stacking |
