Dismantling by mechanical/manual mean of existing brick masonry/stone masonry/plain cement concrete/ Reinforced cement concrete/ Steel/ Wood or any other component/material of buildings/structures etcetera and the like, including T&P (Tools & Plant) and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting/lifting the dismantled useful material, lifting/disposal of unserviceable material upto all lead, lifts through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or by mechanical means as per CPWD Specifications and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him to the extent of damage occurred in all cases. The rate is inclusive of useful material obtained from dismantling and all taxes including Good Sales Tax imposed by the Government.
