Inverted triangle shaped Spring Tee having height of 24 mm and width of 34 mm made of Gl steel 0.45 mm thick is then fixed to the main C carrier and in direction perpendicular to it at 600 mm centers with the help of suspension brackets. Wherever the main C carrier and spring T have to join, C carrier and spring T connectors have to be used. All sections to be galvanized @ 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive), fixing with clip in tiles into spring T with : Gl Metal Ceiling Clip in plain Beveled edge global white color tiles of size 600x600 and 0.5 mm thick with 25 mm height, made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/ sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending. |
| 3 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. |
| 4 | Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Old work (One or more coats) |

| 8 | Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. |
| 9 | Providing and fixing 4mm thick plain glass panes with beading when required over existing chowkhat or fixed shutter or fixed portion or glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 10 | Providing and Fixing of Acoustical Wall Panel with square edges made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick, wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent fabric as per the approved shade (Sangria, Sesame, Coffee, Charcoal, Titanium, Flame, Peanut and Shell). The panel shall be classified under Class A, as per ASTM E-84. The Acoustical Wall Panel shall be of sizes 600×600mm (Nominal) or 600×1200mm (Nominal) and shall achieve an NRC of 0.85 (average absorption coefficient readings at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz, and 2000 Hz) with 50 mm air gap as per ASTM C423 to be fixed to wall on a framework of wooden battens using wall panel impalers (supplied by manufacturer) or construction adhesives (as per instruction laid down by the manufacturer). The fibre glass substrate th vertical surface before the installation to properly seal against entry of any moisture. Vapour barrier (by others) shall be installed before installation to properly seal against moisture. Wooden batten grid (provided by others) of section 50×50 mm or as approved by Architect shall be installed to provide level and plumb surface. Impalers shall be fixed to battens using self-tapping screws (3 nos. for 600×600 mm and 4 nos. for 600×1200 mm). Silica-based adhesive (by others) shall be dabbed on the projecting elements (spikes) of the impalers. Wall panels shall be pierced through the spikesof the impalers ensuring the line and level of the panels are maintained. Complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 11 | Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm The grove are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material.
