National high way crossing by Trenchless: Boring, excavation by trenchless adopting HDD method (Horizontal Directional Drilling) below ground at all depth Including carriage etc. complete in all respect, construction of thrust pit and receiving pit of required size upto 4.50 metre depth and soil investigation making suitable arrangement for barricading of pits, traffic diversion, lights, refilling of pits in compacted layers of 150 mm including disposal of surplus material with all lift and lead upto 50 metre as per specification and the direction of the Engineer including provision of probe radar survey to check any underground obstruction before start of work. Manual Pipe jacking is not permitted for workmen safety reasons.Providing and insertion of 500 mm i/d M.S. carrier pipe 8 mm thick (Fe-330 grade) fabricated as per IS: 3589 of 1991 from steel plates conforming to IS 2062 including cutting, beveling, grinding and radio graphically welding of pipes as per IS-1182 and also coating of inner and outer surface of casing pipe with high built epoxy paint as per R.D.S.O. specification No. MandC/PCN.III/88 to a dry film thickness of 250 micron for protection against corrosion including cost and cartage of material to site of work complete in all respect as per srecification given in DNIT.
