Supply of structural items (structural items includes ISMB, ISMC, ISA, MS, Chequered plate etc of various size as per the requirement and instruction of engineer in charge) as per IS:2062

Repair/ replacement of damaged/ corroded Structural of Tank farm areas in Petro Plants. Scope of work includes fabrication, dismantling and erection of structural as existing. Activity also includes painting & shot blasting of structural items as per item no 3 below.

Painting with two coat of alkyd high build zinc phosphate primer (50 DFT) and two coat of epoxy resin based enamel paint (125 DFT) after surface preparation by shot blasting to SA-2 surface finish. The cost shall include the price of consumables, materials, transportation, labour, scaffoldings etc.

Segregation of scrap material, creation of the lots as directed by engineer in charge and removal of the lots to the designated scrap yard after weighing.
