Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc: 1. Preparation and Initial Dismantling:a) Clean the working area of both H-frames from grounded shovels (Parallel activity).b) Dismantle two (02) track frames from the grounded machine by opening or cutting bolts etc. . 2. Components Dismantling from Grounded H-Frames:Remove key components, including lower roller mounting supports, upper rollers, and track guards. Additionally, remove broken bolts from the track guards, carriers and track rollers of both H-frames etc. 3. Dismantling of the Existing Track Frame:Remove one (01) track frame from the working machine by opening or cutting bolts etc. . 4. Component Replacement and Assembly:a) Dismantle components such as the chain, sprocket, final drive assembly, idlers, lower & upper rollers, and track guards etc.b) Reassemble these components into another serviceable track frame etc. .5. Final Installation:Install the assembled track frame into the machine, perform a final check of its functionality, and re-torque the frame bolts as needed etc. Note: The maximum deployment of manpower for the above job will be as 1. Highly Skilled (Supervisor) for 52 nos. manshifts, 2. Skiled Manpower (Fitter) for 312 nos. manshifts 3. Skilled Manpower (Welder) for 104 nos. manshifts 4. Semi-skilled for 312 nos. manshifts.
