Services required for office block general cleaning, House Keeping, M&R, caretaking, sweeping, washrooms cleaning, serving breakfast/lunch/dinner as required on lump sum monthly basis at HPCL Biofuels HQO, Patna, as per the scope of job/item details attached as per Attachment-I

Service Charges towards the Supply of Consumables required for Housekeeping of the office premises as per the details below:Consumables like towels for toilets, brooms, mops, soaps, detergents, room fresheners, cloths, acid, phenol, Harpic, naphthalene balls, insecticides, Pesticides, toiletries, napkins etc. are required for carrying out the housekeeping job.The Cost of the above consumables shall be reimbursed/paid to the contractor on an actual basis on production of necessary valid documents like original invoice & Gate pass validated by security person & HR Officer-HQO-Patna. The monthly limit for procurement of materials is Rs 8,000/-, including taxes.
