Dismantling, Shifting, Re-installation, testing & commissioning of Weighbridge Centering System (WBCS) along with its all associated devices i.e. RFID Readers, Traffic Signals, sensors, wiring etc.

Providing and fixing of poles for installing RFID readers, traffic light & weighbridge centering system

Scope of work: 1). Complete disconnection and safe removal of all cables, Booms, RFID readers, radio sets, sensors, Traffic Signals and other electronic equipments from existing place. 2). Before dismantling the contractor will have to test the condition of all equipments and inform in advance if found defective. 3). Shifting of all equipments from its existing place to new site. 4). Providing/fixing of new foundation plates & poles at new site. 5). Cable laying of all equipments/devices including re-installation/re-commissioning of Boom Barriers at new site. 6). Testing of all equipments/devices and integration with existing system. 7). Data from Barriers and WCS should be compatible with existing system and transfer/sync with existing server at Area Office. Note: The estimated cost put to tender is excluding the PF and Pension Component. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 06 nos.
