The grease seperator should be capable cleaning via shaft manhole cover, emptying via suction line nominal of minimum 65 mm and nominal pressure of 10kg withcoupling for two sided thread connection 75/75 mm for suction line, fire hose quick coupling 75 B and 2.5 inches blank cap and counter flange with fire hose quick coupling 75 B and 2.5 inches black cap.Top sections/cover of grease seprator plant should be madse up from concrete frame with cast iron cover having clear opening of 600 mm diameter.The cover should be odour free when closed.
