Design, Procurement, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and PESO approval of the 3.0 kL skid mounted vacuum insulated cryogenic liquid argon storage tank with multi-layer super insulation (static evaporation loss < 0.5 vol% per day) including Atmospheric Vaporizer & Pressure Reduction Station (PRS), Electronic Pressure & Level Transmitters & accessories as per tender drawings IGC/MC&MFCG/PPED/CRYO 01 & IGC/MC&MFCG/PPED/CRYO 02,and technical specifications and associated works including erection, rigging and positioning of tank & vaporizer as per PESO requirements.

Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of skid mounted Pressure Reduction Station (PRS) with Inlet pressure max. 25 kg/cm2 (g) & dual stream (working + standby) outlet with pressure range within 0.5 to 10 kg/cm2 (g) (adjustable) as per technical specification including erection, rigging and positioning of skid mounted PRS, color coding of gas service lines, stainless steel tagging, sign boards and safety stickers,installation of earthing pit as per BIS 3043, installation of fire safety equipment as per PESO requirements.

Fabrication, Supply, Laying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of pipelines, fittings & supports for inter-connections from the Pressure Reduction Station to existing systems as per tender drawing IGC/MC&MFCG/PPED/CRYO 05 and technical specification.

Fabrication, Supply, Laying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cables, cable trays & instrumentation (pressure & level transmitters) with local displays and integration with existing SCADA interface as per technical specifications.

Preparation & submission of necessary documents for PESO licensing against item no. 2, coordination for third party inspection, site inspection of CCoE as per Static & Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rule 33, preparation of documents including as-built drawings and obtaining license for operation, in accordance with the technical specifications and PESO requirements.
