The bidder shall quote the UNIT RATE only for Item Sl. No. 1 (Regular Tea / Black Tea / Lemon Tea) in the BOQ.The rates for Item Sl. No. 2, 3 and 4 shall be automatically derived from the quoted unit rate of Item Sl. No. 1, based on the weightage specified in Column ‘G’ of the Price Calculation Sheet. (Refer Price Calculation Sheet provided along with the tender documents for details (Refer Annexure – VPrice Bid Format of Chapter-I of TCC )The evaluaiton of L-1 bidder shall be based on the total landed cost (excluding GST).
