Dismantle & Refix RC Conveyor Bottom PlateThe tools and tackles required for the work shall be collected from the tool crib/Workshop.Upon receiving the clearance from the Process & Mechanical Maintenance Departments, the contractor shall dismantle the bottom plates of the Recycle Conveyor.The bottom plates shall be removed and suitably positioned to facilitate the cleaning of the plates.Cleaning of the plates is not in the scope of this contract.Upon completion of cleaning by the Process Department and receipt of process clearance, inspect the bottom plates, damaged bottom plates shall be repaired / replaced with spare plate, the plates shall be refixed in position. The bolts and nuts shall be securely tightened to ensure there is no leakage. (Unit of One number is for Dismantling and Re-fixing of complete bottom plates of One Stream.)
