Assistance for main Cooking jobs in A & B shifts on alldays in canteen and transit guest house Average 75 days *02 nos + 60 days * 02 nos = 270 jobs : Responsible forpreparation of items as per canteen schedule/ Menu: for BF/ Lunch/ dinner. Tea twice per shift,Preparationof special Lunch as when requirement basis for plant site and Preparationofbreakfast, lunch and dinner for transit guest house as and when requirement basis. Assistance in Cooking and serving Jobs to be carried out in A, B & C shifts on all days in canteen and transit accomodation. Average 75 days * 06 nos = 450 jobs. Support for preparation of breakfast/ lunch/ dinners etc on all days. Supporting Cooking activity jobs. Preparation of tea etc on demand. Cleaning of service window, used serving utensils, cooking & preparatory utensils,food preparation platform. etc. Assistance for Catering servicesserving of tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.

Assistance Jobs Cleaning and Washing to be carried out(A, B and General shifts) on working day in canteen andtransit accomodation 65 days *06 nos = 390 jobs) Cleaning of wash basins and kitchen cum back yard area. Cleaning of window panes of canteen. Cleaning of utensils stand, racks, fridge, refrigerator. mixers, grinders and dhokala maker. Cleaning of chairs and tables, used plates, glasses, bowls etc. Cleaning ofall racks of food material store and consumable material store. Shiftingof Waste to waste yard. Assistance in Preparationand serving ofbreakfast, lunch and dinner for transit guest house as and when requirement basis. Cleaning of utensils of transit guest house,

Assistance for issue of coupon and maintaining documents 65 days * 03 nos. = 195 JobsIssue of coupon by using coupon machine for selling of breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea. Maintaining daily coupon sale register. Issue material for preparation of breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea. Maintaining daily issue sheet, daily charge sheet, daily stock register.Assessing daily requirement of canteen material i.e milk, egg, bread, curd, butter milk,vegetableetc. and submit to HWBF (V) staff for purchase
