I/We hereby offer to pay to the Centre a non-refundableLicense Fee for operating Cafeteria/Canteen on leave and licence basis at Nehru Science Centre, Mumbai,as per the terms and conditions laid down in the NIT made for this purpose.(The figure given in column 3 is the current Annual Licence Fee excluding GST). The Agency is required to mention the appropriate GST, as applicable.

I/Wehereby agree to increase the Annual Licence Fee by 10% every year/ If the leaveand license agreement for operating the Cafeteria/Canteen is renewed as per the Terms and Conditions stipulated in the NITI/We have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and Conditions as stipulated in the Notice InvitingTender for operating Cafeteria/Canteen on leave and license basisat Nehru Science Centre,Mumbai.I/We herebyagree to paythe Electricity and Water Charges separately, fixed by the authorities of the Centre as per Clause No.50 of the Terms & Conditions of NIT and also pay 5% of the Annual Licence Fee towards Security Depositas per Clause No.61 ofthe Terms and Conditions of NIT for due and complete performance of the provision of the terms and conditions laid down thereof.
