Supply and commissioning of SMPS Based IPS system suitable for EI for 4 line station in RE area as per RDSO Specification no: RDSO/SPN/165/2023 VERSION 4.0 with Amendment-1 along with remote indication Panel. Configuration and rating of all the relevant modules of IPS will be as per Station?s load requirement and instruction of Engineer in charge. Rating and configuration of MSDAC module will be as per make of MSDAC installed at Station as per Drg No. CSTE/6155/ 8 of 8. This item also includes supply of 110V/300 AH VRLA Batteries (55 Nos.+ 5 nos. of 2 V/300 AH) It covers supply of Tool Kit containing all type of tools required for maintenance of IPS and set of spare as recommended/ mentioned in RDSO/SPN/165/2023 VERSION 4.0 with Amendment-1. It includes supply of proper hard wood stand for keeping batteries as per sample approved by Engineer at site. This includes transportation to consignee depot.The length of cables to be supplied with each IPS system will be as given in the specification .(a) Cable from IPS system to ASM box -70 meters (OEM shall supply 12 core, 1.5 sq.mm signalling cable as per IRS:S 63/2014),(b) Cable from IPS to Battery Bank - 30 meters (25 sq mm). Commissioning of Integrated Power Supply system required after duly filling pre-commissioning check list by RDSO approved vendor and railway representative jointly.
