Dismantling and re-fixing of Fume Fan suction duct of NP B Stream, FACT-CD during ATA 2026Work Involves: Collection of all necessary tools and equipment from the Workshop and Tool Crib, Arrange scaffolding according to IS standards, using appropriate scaffolding pipes and clamps, tailored to the site conditions to ensure safe dismantling and re-fixing operations of Fume Fan duct of NP B Stream, FACT-CD during ATA 2026. Upon receiving clearance from the Process Department, the contractor must provide secure hooking points at two locations, one at the bottom and one at the top portion of the vertical duct, dismantle the flanged joints of fume fan duct from cyclone scrubber reducer to fume fan suction reducer following the site conditions and instructions of Engineer in charge. Proper support must be provided to hold the non dismantled duct ends at the existing elevation.The dismantled ducts should be carefully lowered and shifted to the designated ground area for cleaning. Any further shifting required for cleaning purposes falls within the contractor\"s scope. [Cleaning of the ducts is not in the scope of contractor]. The ducts must be handled carefully to prevent any damage to the duct shell or flanges. Any damages incurred during the process must be rectified by the contractor at no additional cost. Modification of support structurals & flanges of the duct shall be carried out for proper fixing of duct if necessary.Upon receiving clearance from the Process Department, the contractor shall refix the duct using proper gasket and bolt. The flanged joints must be tightened properly to prevent any leaks, adhering to the instructions provided by the Engineer In Charge.

Dismantle and Fix back Scrubber liquor Pipelines to Facilitate Choke Clearing in NP A & B streams, FACT-CD during ATA 2026Work Involves: The collection of all necessary tools and equipment from the workshop and tool crib. Arrangements must be made for the dismantling of pipelines, including the setup of scaffolding as per the site requirement. Choked pipelines and fittings, such as the suction and discharge lines of cooler and dryer scrubber pumps, inner and outer ring header lines of cooler and dryer scrubber, and nozzles for cooler and dryer scrubbers, both KO chambers ring header line and nozzles, fume scrubber ring header lines and nozzles, suction and discharge lines of fume scrubber pumps, split box to reactor line, etc. must be dismantled from their respective positions.Dismantling work should commence only after obtaining process clearance. Prior to dismantling, ensure that each line is properly marked to facilitate easy reassembly. The dismantled pipelines, fittings, valves etc. should be carefully taken to ground level for cleaning (Note: Cleaning of the pipes is not within the contractor’s scope). Upon completion of the choke clearing, inspect the pipelines for any damages and replace damaged pipes with spare pipelines.After receiving clearance from the process department, reassemble the pipelines back in position with proper/new gaskets and bolts, ensuring they are properly tightened.Service the pipelines without any leak. The scope of this contract also includes the dismantling and re-fixing of valves and control valves in the lines to be cleared of choking.

Dismantle and Fix back downcomer pipes from the cooler and dryer scrubber to Facilitate Choke Clearing in NP A & B streams, FACT-CD during ATA 2026Work Involves:- Collection of all necessary tools and equipment from the Workshop and Tool Crib, Arrange scaffolding according to IS standards, using appropriate scaffolding pipes and clamps, tailored to the site conditions to ensure safe dismantling and re-fixing operations of the downcomer lines of Cooler and Dryer Scrubber of NP Plant, FACT-CD during ATA 2026. Upon receiving clearance from the Process Department, the contractor shall dismantle the downcomer pipes from the cooler and dryer scrubber from their respective positions.Prior to dismantling, ensure that each pipe is properly marked to facilitate easy reassembly. The dismantled pipes should be carefully shifted to the designated ground area for cleaning. Any further shifting required for cleaning purposes falls within the contractor\"s scope. [Cleaning of the pipes is not in the scope of contractor]. The pipes must be handled carefully to prevent any damage to the pipe or flanges.
