Supplying and fixing Anjily wood reapers of size 50x25mm with wire nails including cost and conveyance of materials etc. complete.

Supplying 1st class MP roofing tiles of size 410x235mm or nearest available size.

Supplying 1st class MP hip and ridge roofing tiles of size 400mm or nearest available size.

Roofing with Department MP tiles(Mangalore Pattern) 410x235mm or nearest available size at site(Single groove).

Resetting old and new MP hip and ridge tiles set in Cement mortar 1:4.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture: Old work (one or more coats)

Extra labour engaged for scrapping and cleaning the basement of Nadapandal.Man coolie.
