| 1 | Suply and instalation of grease seperator plant suitable for under ground type. The grease separatorplant should be made from polythelene for longer life, the grease separator should have nominal capacity not less than 2170 Ltrs with Inlet/Out let socket of nominal dia of minimum 150 mm with grease storage capacity of minimum 415 Ltrs and sludge storage capacity of minimum 1005 Ltrs. Total wt of grease separator should be minimum 128 Kg with over all dimension of at least 1320 mm x 2828 mm ( Dia X Ht ). the grease separator should be capable of cleaning via shaft manhole cover emptying via suction line nominal dia of minimum 65 mm (Cleaning via suction line DN 65) and nomial pressure of 10 Kgwith coupling for two sided thread connection 75/75 mm for suction line , fire hose quick coupling 75 B and 2 1/2 blank cap and satisfy reaction to fire class A. Standard odour tight top cover of the the grease separator plant should be made from concrete and cover with frame made of cast iron having clear opening of 600 mm dia (confirming to load class A 15) with raising tube, complete all as specified and directed. |
