Note 1. Necessary safety measures shall be adopted while dismantling the tower to ensure the safety of men and materials and adjacent properties. Note 2. The safe custody of tower materials will be the responsibility of the agency from the time of handing over of site by department till the handing over of tower to concerned authorities. |

(Departmental vehicle will be utilised for transportation on free of cost) |

| 9 | Dismantling the existing BTS Shelter of size 3.13m x 2.14m and up to a height of 3.00 metre in the reusable manner (consisting of side panels,floor panels, roof panels/sheets, door, ASPVC flooring sheet, RSJ girders, bolts, nuts, fabricated Mild Steel steps and other fixtures) including stacking the materials at siteas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Transportation ofdismantledprefabricated shelter materials including 2 numbers ofI section girders with all accessoriesfrom the Kattur tower site to thestore yard in CTO compound,Trichyincluding loading, unloading, and lifting of materials and proper handing over theshelterto store incharge etccomplete as directed by the Engineer in charge. |
