Tender for arrangement of food, breakfast and tea 2025-26=-Regarding the supply of food and snacks at district and block-level trainings/seminars/workshops - for both times: Meal arrangements include the following: Rate 1. Three 150 ml tea (7:30 AM, 11:00 AM, and 3:30 PM) per person 2. Breakfast at 8:30 AM (Varies daily, such as Poha, Kachori, Samosa, or other items as per requirement - quantity 150 grams per person, of high quality) 3. Lunch - 1:30 to 2:00 PM (Full meal) (One seasonal vegetable, one dal pudding, yogurt or raita, rice, papad, onion, lemon-cucumber/cucumber salad/seasonal ralad, pickle, chupdi chapati in pure ghee as per requirement) 5. Two meals of tea and biscuits of 150 ml each (11:00 am and 3:30 pm) 2. Lunch - 2:00 pm (full meal) (One seasonal vegetable, one dal phai, yogurt or raita, rice, papad, onion, lemon, cucumber, cucumber salad, pickle, chupdi chapati in desi ghee as per requirement) (as per instructions) One piece of sweet. Water arrangement (water camper) with glass for pure drinking water. 3. Note: Rate of evening meal if required. ASHA Training (Residential) Meal arrangement includes the following: 1.
