Tender For Repair Of Bikaner Minor; 1 Excavation including loading, unloading, disposal and dressing of excavated earth within initial lead of 50m and lift up to 1.5m including dressing of excavated area and dewatering wherever required complete in all respect Soft/Loose soil 2 Side shuttering including propping etc. complete (to achieve finish F 2 for :Block joints of foundation stilling basins buckets, aprons etc. (non -suspended horizontally laid mass concrete) 3 Supplying, Laying & consolidation of quarry rubbish / Murrum / Murda to required grade & camber in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thickness (loose) by road roller as per specifications including dressing etc. complete. 4 Bricks/ Tile bats of clinkers at site (350 nos. brick bats @ Rs 1500 per 1000 nos.) 5 Compaction of earth or highly weathered strataBy manually or plain roller. (density 90% of Proctor) 6 Lip cutting and final dressing as per designed section including re-handling and disposal of excavated earth in layers 20 cm on embankments etc. with cost of dewatering wherever required, and complete in all respect 7 Cutting & clearance of jungle, bushes, shrubs Ankra/Ipomoea, Juliflora typna etc. on canal and bunds in dry/moist/slushy conditions including disposal as per instructions of the Engineer-incharge. Cost of wood has been deducted from rates and thus will be property of contractor after cutting. Thick 8 Demolishing brick work in cement mortar including stacking of usable material & disposal of unuseable material within 50 m lead inclusive of de-watering wherever required. 9 Rubbing and clearing the surface of existing brick/ tile lining to be used as subgrade both in bed and side slopes by means of wire brushes water/ air applied under pressure through nozzle to get rid of dirt, sand etc. deposited on it, complete in all respect, as per specifications and the instructions of the engineer incharge for preparation of surface. 10 Providing and laying cast in situ plain cement concrete design mix M-15 grade for lining, using well graded crusher broken aggregate of maximum nominal size 20 mm conforming to IS383-1970, including proportioning of the ingredients by weigh batching and mixing by mechanical mixer including finishing of concrete lining, cutting of grooves for construction joints, complete as per specification with all leads and lifts of construction material complete for canal side of thickness. 7.5 cm 11 Providing and Laying in position of Cement concrete Nominal mix (1:4:8) including leads of all construction materials, curing, compaction and finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. Well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of maximum size upto 40 mm 12 Providing and Laying in position of Cement concrete Nominal mix (1:3:6) including leads of all construction materials, curing, compaction and finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement.
