Tender For catering service work -1 Bed tea will be served in each room (6:30 to 7:30 PM) at the rate of one per cup. 2 Evening tea will be served daily in the mess (5:30 to 6:00 PM) at the rate of one per cup. 3 Working tea and biscuits (sweet and salty) at the rate of one per cup including biscuits (working tea with biscuits will be served at 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM). 1. Poha, Jalebi (100 and 50 grams respectively) + 200 ml. + Sweetened milk 2. Potato parathas with yogurt, chutney, and pickle (two parathas, 100 grams each, and 50 grams of yogurt) 4. Breakfast: Once daily between 8 and 9 a.m. and tea 3. Pakodas (150 grams) with tomato sauce/chutney 4. 4 pieces of idli, two vada or one masala dosa, sambhar, chutney, etc. (any one) 5. 4 pieces of bread, 25 grams of butter, jam, and 200 grams of milk 6. 150 grams of puri, vegetables, and pickle 7. 2 bhadooras (100 grams) with 100 grams of chickpeas. 8. 25 grams of corn flakes or 100 grams of porridge + 200 ml of sweet milk Note: Breakfast as per the above menu (will vary daily) 1. Soup (tomato/sweet corn/vegetable flavor) with cream crunch (150 ml) 2. Yogurt or vegetable raita 3. Dal (tur/mung/mixed) tadka in butter or pure ghee (clarified butter) 150 grams 4. Dry vegetable (seasonal green) with less spice (100 grams) 5. Juice vegetable with less spice (100 grams) 6. Paneer vegetable with less spice (100 grams) 7. Roti (plain tawa, missi, tandoori naan) (with butter) 200 grams 8. Rice (jeera rice, vegetable pulao (basmati)) (150 grams) 9. Papad, pickle, green salad (5 types of vegetables) 10. Ice cream + Bengali sweets/juice Malai/Fruit Custard/Imarti/Gulab Jamun/Seasonal Fruit - 100 grams (Ice Cream 50 grams (Any 2 sweets, 50 grams each)) (Beer, Halwa will not be considered as sweets) (Items 1 to 10 will be provided in rotation each time/as per the daily menu) Note: 1. Tea, snacks, and regular meals will be provided regularly during the training. The remaining items – packaged food, high tea, water, and other items – will be provided upon request as needed. 2. Availability of fennel seeds, plain/sweet fennel seeds, and toothpicks will be ensured during meals/snacks. 5 Regular Meals (Lunch/Dinner) 1 Regular Meal (Lunch/Dinner) Rate per packet (including packaging) of canned (airtight packing) regular meal as per the menu mentioned in Part-2 A of the tender form. 2 High Tea Other Food Items 1. Tea/Coffee (sweet/bland) 2. 02 Samosas/04 Dhoklas/02 Kachoris/01 Patty/02 Veg Cutlets with Chutney/Ketchup (any one) 3. Salted Sev + Potato Chips + Moong Dal/Dalmot/Dry Fruit (50 grams) (any one) 4. Sweets - Kaju Katli/Milkcake (50 grams) (any one) (one of the above items must be supplied as per instructions) 3 9.1 Plain Milk (200 ml) 9.2 Buttermilk/Lemon Water/Jaljeera 9.3 Lassi (200 ml) 9.4 Pakodas -100 grams 9.5 Samosa/Kachori 9.6 Salted cashews (50 grams)/pistachios/almonds (can be provided to trainees for a fee at the approved rate) 10.1 Packed RO/mineral water 20 liter can (with dispenser) cold water (Bisleri or equivalent) 4 Drinking water 10.2 Packed RO/mineral water 250 ml bottle (Bisleri or equivalent) 10.3 Packed RO/mineral water 500 ml bottle (to be supplied on demand by the institute if required)
