    Tender For Refurbishment Works For Basantpur Branch DISMENTALLING & STRUCTURE REPAIRING WORK 1.0 Dismantling of Stone / Block / Brick Masonry Dismantling manually or by mechanical means all type of Stone / brick / block masonry in the entire building including plastered walls, parapet on terrace, compound wall etc. in existing sub structure and superstructure at all height and location. The contractor should take care that dismantling of structure should not cause any damage to the existing / adjacent structures near the building and even take care of dust control, noise control etc. Blasting is not permitted. All the work shall be carried out as instructed by Architect The rate to include carting away unserviceable material / debris to a place approved by Municipal Corporation. The work also includes levelling the ground after carting away. Cum 4.38 2.0 Dismantling of Flooring / Dado / Cladding Tiles Dismantling manually or by mechanical means all type of existing Floor / Dado / Cladding Tiles including kitchen and vanity platform at all height and location. The contractor should take care that dismantling of structure should not cause any damage to the existing / adjacent structures near the building and even take care of dust control, noise control etc. Blasting is not permitted. All the work shall be carried out as instructed by Architect The rate to include carting away unserviceable material / debris to a place approved by local authority.
