Tender For Major Repair Works Under State Budget Head (Budget Announcement 2025-26) At Gsss_Vishisth_Purva (Sirohi); 1 Dismantling roofs with care including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 Mtr. lead for : lime terace 2 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl. disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50mtr lead 3 Grading roof water proofing treatment with :Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1-Cement:2-coarse sand :4-graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 4 Taking out doors, windows and clearstory windows shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 meter lead :Of area 3 Square meter and below. 5 Providing and fixing M.S. sheet 1mm thickdouble leaf door shutter windows in angle iron frame35x35x5 mm suitabilly diagonally braced with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5mm beading extra including all fittings, as per direction 6 Wire Gauge Supplying & fixing fixed wire Gauge to the Metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20X3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance. 14 mesh X 24 Gauge 7 Guard Bars: Providing and fixing square bars or other flat welded to window/ventilators etc., Guard bar 12 x12mm 8 Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs 10 Cm. long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10 Cm. of 1:3:6 (1-Cement:3-coarse sand:6-graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. 9 Providing and laying 20 to 25 mm size glazed tiles pieces for rooof treatment having colour and shade as approved by the Engineer incharge over 25 mm thick layer of cement mortar mix 1:4 with application of cement slurry including finishing of joints with ordinary cement and curing etc. complete in all respect. Washing with acid. 10 Providing batta (gola) 75mm x 75mm in cement concrete (1:2:4) including finished with cement mortar 1:3 as per standard design. 11 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine 20mm thick 12 Applying white cement based puttyover cement plaster surface for making even surface 13 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:New work (Three or more coats). 14 Desmantling of floring with care including stacking of servceable material and diposal of unserviceable material with in 50 Mtr.
